Service 02

Your records speak specs. Your customers don't.

We write what your suppliers never give you.

Two distinct steps, carried out in order. First, unify: a single vocabulary, whatever way each supplier chooses to fill in their files. Then produce: the practical knowledge that has never been written down anywhere, because nobody in the chain ever had a reason to write it.

The problem

The record answers a question the customer never asked.

Furniture

The record says 82 × 76 cm. The customer asks for something warm but visually light.

Surf

The record says 32 litres. The customer asks for a board that forgives a poor paddle.

Nobody has ever written those words into the catalogue. That knowledge has to be produced, following a house doctrine for each trade.

What we do

Unify, then write.

A single vocabulary

One way of naming each material, each finish, each dimension, across every supplier.

Value clean-up

Units harmonised, duplicates merged, free-text fields turned into usable attributes.

House doctrine

A written frame of reference, agreed with you: what matters in your trade, and what is mere detail.

Usage attributes

We add the criteria customers actually use, absent from every supplier record.

Written descriptions

Texts explaining who a product suits, in what situation, and who it does not suit.

Sample checking

Every batch is checked against the real product before delivery. Nothing is added that cannot be verified.

What you receive

A catalogue that belongs to you.

  • A normalised attribute reference, documented and reusable
  • Your enriched product records, delivered in your back office format
  • The written house doctrine, which governs any future enrichment
  • A log of every correction made, line by line
  • Full ownership of the result, even if the collaboration stops there

What it asks of you

Your merchant's eye.

We produce the data, but we do not decide on our own what is true in your trade.

  • A full catalogue export and, if you hold them, the original supplier files
  • Two or three doctrine review sessions with someone who knows the products
  • A sample read-through of the first batches, before we roll out across the whole catalogue
